Project overview
For the Nabd Al Khobar Cultural Center in the Al Olaya district of Al Khobar, TMSI designed and executed the steel structures, with a total steel weight of 50 tonnes. The project dates from 2026.
The work includes the arched steel frames and the grid sub-frames that shape the centre's arcades and façades, seen in the photos before cladding and after finishing.
The project draws on the same in-house chain as TMSI's membrane work: design, engineering and steel fabrication all sit inside the company, at its production facility in the Industrial Area, Dammam, so one party is accountable from the drawings to the steel standing on site.
