Quality Management

How materials, installation, and defects are governed from delivery through to handover.

DOCUMENT & MATERIAL REVIEW All incoming materials are verified against approved submittals and specifications. Shop drawings, method statements, and certificates are reviewed prior to release.

INSTALLATION MONITORING & HOLD POINTS Defined hold and witness points are incorporated into the ITP to ensure critical installation stages are inspected and signed off before proceeding.

DEFECT TRACKING & RECTIFICATION Non-conformances are recorded, tracked, and closed out through a formal NCR process, then rectified and re-inspected to ensure compliance.

FINAL INSPECTIONS & HANDOVER Pre-handover inspections confirm all works meet specification, with punch lists cleared and documented for formal client acceptance.

Traceability & Documentation

The documentation set maintained across every ETFE and facade project.

ITPs & METHOD STATEMENTS Inspection and Test Plans define hold and witness points throughout installation. Method statements outline safe, compliant procedures for all works.

SHOP DRAWINGS & INSPECTION REPORTS Shop drawings are reviewed and coordinated prior to fabrication release. Inspection reports are raised at each key installation milestone.

NCRs & TESTING RECORDS Non-Conformance Reports are issued, tracked, and closed out systematically. Material and system testing records are maintained throughout.

O&M MANUALS & WARRANTIES Operation and Maintenance manuals are compiled at handover. Warranties for ETFE systems, facade components, and installed works are documented.

Health, Safety & Environment

TMSI maintains a proactive HSE culture across all site operations. All personnel are inducted and trained in site-specific safety requirements, with compliance embedded from mobilisation through to final handover.

WORKING-AT-HEIGHT CONTROLS Dedicated fall arrest systems, harness inspections and edge protection planning. Lifting plans and crane coordination reviewed prior to all elevated installation activities.

RISK ASSESSMENTS & TOOLBOX TALKS Site-specific risk assessments prepared for each work phase. Regular toolbox talks address hazards, method compliance and safe work practices for ETFE and facade installation.

WASTE MANAGEMENT & MATERIAL PROTECTION Controlled waste segregation and disposal procedures on site. ETFE film and clamping materials are stored and protected against contamination, damage and UV degradation.
