Project overview
For Arabian Drilling in Al Khobar, TMSI delivered car park shade structures in PVDF fabric covering 10,000 m². The project dates from 2024 and is among the larger car park references in TMSI's project list.
At this scale, consistency matters: every shade module needs the same fabric tension, colour and detailing so that the car park reads as one installation. Patterning and cutting in the factory, rather than on site, is what keeps repeated modules uniform. PVDF-coated fabric combines long-term UV resistance with architectural flexibility, and the PVDF top coat helps the shades resist dirt and keep their colour — a durable choice for car parks exposed to full sun throughout the year.
Car park shades are TMSI's largest product line, with more than 300,000 m² delivered across Saudi Arabia and the region; the in-house team covers design, engineering, manufacturing in the Dammam factory and installation.
